Hotel Veneto Con Accesso Ztl, Florence

When I arrived, the room was a bit hot, but it quickly cooled down. The room looked nothing like any of the pictures and seemed very old with ancient furniture. The service was exceptionally helpful and professional, and the staff were polite and accommodating. The location was great, close to the station, bus station, and town, with many food and gelato places around. The dining experience was quite ordinary with burnt croissants and packaged items. The hotel facilities were basic but acceptable.

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering a nice view of the back courtyard, though they could use a bit of updating. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Saymir, who assisted us during check-in. The location was excellent, close to the Mercado and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was not very impressive, but for a budget hotel, it was acceptable.

Although the hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions and train station, the reality doesn't quite match the attractive pictures shown online. The rooms, while fitting four people comfortably, may feel a bit cramped with luggage. The service provided by the staff, especially at the reception, was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was found to be lacking, although the buffet style allowed for plenty of food. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel's value for the price paid was considered acceptable.

The hotel had some much-needed upgrades required in the rooms and did not fully meet our expectations compared to the online photos. However, the location was excellent, right in the downtown and historic areas, albeit some issues with advertising discrepancies. The service was top-notch with convenient car storage for a reasonable fee. The dining experience could be better, with some aspects feeling more like a guest house than a hotel.
